Johane is the founder of Trim ‘n Fit Exclusive Personal Training Studio. Her passion for fitness, nutrition, and wellness; and her commitment to her clients, are the driving forces behind her success. Advances in research and technology are constantly changing, and she uses these cutting edge results to ensure her clients receive the best and most appropriate personalized packages available to provide them with the tools required to reach their individual goals...ensuring both fast and measurable results. Heather believes that anyone, given the proper encouragement, education, and support, can reach their goals and exceed their expectations. She loves to see people doing far more than they ever thought they could...and loving it! Heather specializes in personal training for those who wish to achieve goals and surmount serious obstacles and want the support of someone who truly understands. With a Bachelor's in Physical Activity and Sports Studies, she especially enjoys working with those who are recovering from injuries.

Kathy’s love of fitness began when she was very young, swimming competitively, which set the stage for what would be a lifelong passion! She has over nine years experience as a certified personal trainer, five of which were spent as a manager with GoodLife Fitness. Her areas of focus are sport-specific training, weight loss and weight or interval training with individuals or in groups. She has a very firm belief in functional training rather than just straight strength training in order to make people stronger and more active in their everyday lives and loves seeing the 'light bulb' go off when people realize that fitness can be fun!

   

Linnea Mogk

As a graduate of the near year long Certified Personal Fitness Trainer course at Mt. Royal College in Calgary, Linnea has extensive experience training people and helping individual clients accomplish their goals. One of her main priorities is ensuring her clients' well-being through education on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Understanding that every client is an individual with personal needs, goals, and areas of improvement, Linnea helps clients explore their full potential. Using plyometric workouts, clients will learn to understand their bodies, achieve greater range of motion and earn the physique they've always wanted.

Cecil's interest in Fitness began at an early age as a member of the BC Amature Boxing Assoc.and cumulated in obtaining the Canadian Middleweight title North of 60. Cecil opened his second Fitness Centre in Beaverlodge Ab. and a Private Training Studio in Hilltop Estates Wembley Ab. Cecil provided training to a wide variety of people from young ladies wishing to fit into a Grad dress to serious Body builders as well as sport specific training. In 2010 Cecil sold his Fitness Centres and managed a Franchised Gym in Grande Prairie Ab. Cecil has a passion for fitness and for helping others attain thier goals.
