Johane is the founder of Trim ‘n Fit Exclusive Personal Training Studio.  Her passion for fitness, and her commitment to her clients, is the driving forces behind her success. For most of her career, Johane has held leadership roles in the fitness and nutrition field, including swimming instructor, officer with the Vernon air cadets, as well as being an officer and firefighter in her community’s fire department.

Advances in research and technology are constantly changing fitness, nutrition, and wellness theories.  Through her business, Trim n' Fit, Johane uses these cutting edge results to ensure  her clients receive the best and most appropriate personal training, nutrition, and wellness support, to provide them with the tools required to reach their individual goals.   She believes that for optimal health and happiness, fitness must become a way of life, hence Trim 'n Fit's motto: "One body - One Life"

Kathy’s love of fitness began when she was very young, swimming competitively, which set the stage for what would be a lifelong passion!  She has over nine years experience as a certified personal trainer, five of which were spent as a manager with GoodLife Fitness.  Kathy began her fitness career with GoodLife in Ontario until she was invited to come to the BC club to share her expertise and passion.  She has worked with all levels of fitness from beginner to world-class athlete.  Her areas of focus are sport-specific training, weight loss and weight or interval training with individuals or in groups.  She has a very firm belief in functional training rather than just straight strength training in order to make people stronger and more active in their everyday lives and loves seeing the 'light bulb' go off when people realize that fitness can be fun!

Sara has been involved in physical activity her whole life starting in team sports as a kid, and she’s been passionate about fitness ever since.  Once she discovered Yoga she knew she was going to become a teacher.  Yoga is a place where Sara can find her power within and help others do the same. Yoga soon evolved into becoming a personal trainer. Weight training with a personal trainer is a great way to build muscles and have one on one support making sure all exercises are done in a safe and effective manner. Sara’s goal is to help clients reach their personal potential through personal training and yoga.
